Can you invoice our organization directly?
Yes. We can issue invoices directly to your organization and support standard procurement processes for universities, public sector organizations, companies and non-profits.
How many participants are included in each plan?
Basic and Pro plans include up to 1,000 participants per event or program. For larger programs, Premium can be customized based on your expected scale and requirements.
How long can we use the platform for one event or program?
Basic and Pro plans include up to 6 months of platform usage for a single event or program. If your program runs longer, we can extend the usage period as part of a custom package.
What happens when our program period ends?
After the program period ends, we can either close the program, extend access, prepare a new package for your next event or program, or export all data.
How quickly can we launch an event on HackTribe?
We can typically set up the platform within 2 working days, based on key information about your program such as format, dates and program name. We then organize an onboarding meeting with your team, after which you can customize and manage the platform independently.
Can we upgrade our plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro, or from Pro to Premium, if your event or program needs additional features, integrations or support.
Can we use HackTribe for online, onsite and hybrid events?
Yes. HackTribe supports online, onsite and hybrid hackathons, innovation programs, accelerators, bootcamps and challenge-based events.
