Pitch Timer
Distraction-free countdown for demo days, pitch sessions and standups.
How to use the pitch timer
Pick a preset or type a custom length in mm:ss and press Set. Hit Start to begin the countdown. The number turns amber in the last 30 seconds and red in the last 10, then plays three short beeps at zero. Reset returns the timer to its full length, and Fullscreen makes the digits large enough to read from the back of a room or a livestream.
The timer runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and it works offline once the page has loaded. On demo day, open it on the presenter laptop, mirror or extend to the main screen and go fullscreen.
When to use it
Demo day and final pitches
Give every team the same length, visible to the whole audience. A shared, obvious countdown keeps teams honest about scope and makes judging fairer because every pitch is capped at the same time.
Standups and check-ins
Use a 60 or 90 second preset per team during hackathon check-ins. It keeps the round moving and forces teams to say only what matters.
Workshops and classroom exercises
Timebox brainstorming, sketching, testing rounds and retrospectives. A visible timer is the single easiest facilitation upgrade for any workshop.
Lightning talks and meetups
Perfect for community events where speakers each get five minutes. Fullscreen it on the stage monitor and everyone knows where they stand.
